Hello Ricky,
I understand and appreciate your interest in pursuing Computer Science Engineering course from Maharashtra Institute of Technology. I would like to inform you that this college doesn't have the option of integrated engineering course. You need to pursue BE in Computer Science Engineering first, followed by ME. For your reference, kindly refer to the list of courses provided by the college:

Dear MY, MITSOT-Pune has got the highest placement package last year. It was 8.50 LPA if you want to go for telecom, prefer Balaji Group-Pune which focuses more on the telecom area.
All the best.

You didn't mentioned private or government.
Incase for private you should have 100+ or even 90+.
For government,120 will take you to top NIT's and will also qualify you for JEE Advanced.
If you are SC reserved,85 is fine to get into NIT's ,same for ST reserved too.
