Baburao Thakare College of Engineering BTech admission 2023 is based on MHT CET scores.Eligibility Criteria for B.E. / B.Tech :Candidate must have passed / appearing 10+2 or HSC or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Agriculture or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies and obtained at least 45 % marks ( 40 % for reseved category) in the above subjects taken together, from a recognised board. Candidate who have passed Diploma in Engineering & Technology & obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks for Backward class, EWS & PWD candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) can also apply. Maharashtra State Candidates must have to appear MHT-CET (should have appeared in all the subjects in MHT-CET). All India Candidates, Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Union Territory of Ladakh Migrant Candidates need to appear JEE Mains/ MHT-CET exam. (In this case, Prefrence will be given to the candidates who have cleared JEE Mains over MHT-CET (should have appeared in all subjects) Candidate should be an Indian National. There is no age limit.CounsellingCandidate should apply for Centralized Admission Process (CAP) of Government of Maharashtra.Admission is through Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra State (DTE MS) counseling based on the rank obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHTCET).
