MIM programs just like MBAs are postgraduate degrees in general management. As such, they require an academic degree first. Another difference is that MBA programs require several years of business experience whereas MIMs target graduates with less than a year or even no time at all in a job.

Hi,
The university has been ranked 401 in the world and has 4, 2 rating out of 5. So, it is a good university but better do the course from IIMs, which are ranked above 30 in the world.

Hi,
It is now mandatory to maintain 75% attendance in Schools & Colleges. Some Colleges are so strict that they do not issue admit card, if attendance is below 75%. Sometimes one might get detained even.
Even in Government Polytechnic Pune - Attendance is must.

It is not compulsory to have work experience for doing MBA. But, yes it is good if you have work experience, so if you wants to do MBA, then go for it otherwise both are good.
