There are very few colleges which provides this type of facility, but if you are able to find any college, which provide this course, so yes you can be able to leave the university in three year and you will be able to get your required job, and sometimes they require experience also for jobs, so you need to do some internships also.

To get admission in LLM at MDU Rohtak, students must be graduated with 50% aggregate in LLB or any other exam from a recognised University. Maharshi Dayanand University accepts admission based on the entrance exam score. Aspiring students must check to fulfil the eligibility criteria and then qualify the entrance exam with a good score. Admission for BSc Chemistry course at MDU Rohtak will be merit based, for which no cut-off has been provided as of now. Past years cut off for B Pharma and B.Tech courses are available, but not for chemistry.
