To get the degree certificate, you need, Make payment for the same, which can be done online from MGU website. Fill in the for for application of degree certificate with all semester details, the form can be downloaded in which case you have to include an additional Rs. 25 when payment is done.

Yes, in the wake of finishing your B.Tech you can do your Master degree with M.Sc. Maths. But as I would see it doing Master degree with M.Tech is a superior alternative for you. Because it's identified with your study and in the wake of doing your lord degree in M.Tech you can show signs of improvement occupation as contrast with subsequent to finishing your M.Sc.
