Hi Anurag,
Although it is legal to pursue one regular course and one distance course simultaneously. But, firstly what is the point of pursuing the same course through both modes? It will be of no use to pursue the same degree twice. Secondly, pursuing two degree programs at a time is not an issue but one should know time management skills properly, else you are bound to suffer in completing both the courses.

Yes, you can get admission in BA. This year it is unclear, which year you have passed and what percentage you have got but you can always visit the site of your preferred college for the fee structure and admission procedure.

You need to short list the colleges that is matching with your scores. Check details about the admission formalities. You should visit the college, make a list of questions that you would like to ask which will help you in making a decision. In case the college is not from your city, call them and get the advice.
