Every university has some sort of financial aid and scholarship schemes for international students. You can check the university websites and contact them for such details. Scholarships are given on merit-basis.

Frankly speaking, Malaysian business schools still haven't made their mark on business school rankings. Consider Singapore, China and Hong Kong. Irrespective of the country or university you must have the required skills to get a job. Previous work experience also matters for an MBA graduate.
