There are no restrictions. If you have a good caliber, you will land up with a good job. MDIM is better than the newer IIM's as far as placements (ROI) and campus life are concerned.

Don't worry about the things you can't really change. Although, you will be at disadvantage, because of low scores in the past. You can offset it with scoring higher percentile in CAT and get admission in one of the top 10 institutes. All the best.

Once you give CAT and clear the sectional/overall cut-offs required to get shortlisted from MDI Gurgaon, you will be called for the next round (GDPIWAT).
