Candidates can acess the application form by visiting the official website of Mangalayatan University or by visiting the campus's admission office. Candidates must pay a small amount of INR 500, as an application fee while submitting the application form.

Along with a valid score in the entrance exam candidates must have a valid eligibility criteria as well. The overall seat intake for DPharma at Mangalayatan University is around 60. DPharma seats are offered in a limited number.
