First, you join good institute near you like TIME, IMS, Career Launcher, etc. So that you get a better idea of how to solve Questions Papers, Basics, Tricks, etc.
But just joining an institute is not okay.
You have to work hard, keep practising maths problems, logical reasoning, English grammar and all.
As you said, you are in the 2nd year so first, you have to focus on your graduation that is also important, start preparing for CAT in last year or I would advise you to after B.gain 1-2 years of work experience after B.Tech and then go for MBA as it would be better for your admission and placements.
Best of luck.

You can't get CSE or mechanical with this score. You will get some lower branches like IP, PMT and ICT.

That cost around INR 60000 to INR 70000 along with all other expenses. IGNOU cost little bit high. Prefer Pondicherry University which is somewhat less fee. All the best.

Hi,
MU-OET demands a lot of speed, in fact it requires you to be faster than any other exam. The questions are usually one mark each and have no negative marks. The difficulty of questions is less than that of JEE Mains but greater than state level exams.
One feature this exam is that the questions of different subjects are jumbled i.e. you can have a question of mathematics, a next question from physics and a next one from English. So, searching for questions from the subject you're strong at would be meaningless.
