Yes, MCOPS offers BPharm (lateral entry) programme in a full-time mode. The course is of three-year duration and is further divided into six semesters. Aspirants who meet the prescribed eligibility and selection criteria can apply for admission. The candidates shall take the Manipal Entrance Test (MET) and secure a good score for selection. Selected candidates get directly admitted to the second year of the programme.

Yes, MCOPS BPharm curriculum includes lab subjects. Students get to experience the practical aspect of the subject through it. It also help students in understanding the real work. MCOPS BPharm course is of four-year duration and is spread across eight semesters. The course curriculum include semester-wise syllabus. Subjects included in the curriculum are related to the field of Pharmacy. Some of the subjects included in MCOPS BPharm curriculum for the first two semesters are:Remedial MathematicsBiochemistryAnatomy and PhysiologyPharmaceutical ManagementPharmaceutical MicrobiologyPharmaceutical Chemistry, etc.

There are 100 seats for the BPharm programme at Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences. The seat allotment process is carried out through a counselling process. MCOPS select candidates based on their performance in MET/KCET exam. Following the announcement of exam result, a cutoff list is released by the college. The students who meet cutoff criteria become eligible for seat allotment.

Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences cutoff list for BPharm course is prepared based on applicants MET/KCET scores. The cutoff varies every year at the college as it depends upon multiple factors, such as number of applicants, the highest score among applicants, difficulty of the exam, etc. In 2022, the MCOPS BPharm cutoff was 642 for the General-All India category.

Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences offers admission to BPharm course based on merit in the Manipal Entrance Test (MET). Candidates must pass Class 12 with PCM/PCB from a recognised board are eligible to apply for BPharm course. In addition, the aspirants with a valid KCET scores can also apply.The eligible students can proceed with the registration and application form filling process. The college has not released its the latest placements report. However, its 2023 NIRF report is available. According to the report, the median package offered to BPharm students in the 2022 placements drive was INR 3 LPA. Moreover, out of 100 studnets, 23 were placed in the placements drive. MCOPS has established connections with prominent pharmaceutical companies, and the top recruiters are Biocon, Cipla, Abbott, Aurobindo Pharma, and Alkem.
