Manipal University Jaipur does not have an entrance test for its M.Tech programme. The candidate are selected on the basis of their qualifying exam i.e., BTech/BE. They need a minimum of 50% in their BTech/BE to be eligible for M.Tech programme at  Manipal University Jaipur. The university does need the aspiring candidates to go through personal interview 

To be eligible for the two-year M.Tech programme offered at Manipal University Jaipur the candidates need Electrical Engineering / Computer Science /B Tech/BE/AMIE or equivalent in Electronics Engineering/ Electronics and Communication/ Electronics and Telecommunication Electronics and Instrumentation or related disciplines/ MSc in Electronics /Physics with Specialisation in Electronics / Computer Science/IT with a minimum of 50%.
