Admissions are done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and there is no entrance test.MET stands for Manipal Entrance Test (MET) which is mandatory to clear to get admission in Manipal Academy of Higher Education into various UG and PG programmes.The university prepares a merit list based on the scores obtained in CUET, and students who wish to take admission in a UG course at Manipal University Jaipur can appear for the CUET UG exam

Manipal University Jaipur is accredited with A+ Grade by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council). Manipal University placements in 2024 are ongoing. So far, 93% of the batch has been placed. Around 22% of packages were of INR 15 LPA and above. The Manipal University average package and median package offered during placements in 2024 were INR 9.50 LPA and INR 8 LPA, respectively. The university also offers internship to the students. Manipal University has well-equipped infrastructure which is spread across 122 acre of land. It inculdes modern amenties such as modern classrooms, library, labs, sports complex, gym, design studio, hospital, Wi-Fi Campus, transport, auditorium, hostel, and others. The intitute has sepearate hostel for boys and girls with fully furnished room options and all the necessary amenities.
