Yes, Manipal University offers good placement opportunities with over 90% students placed in the past two years. During 2024 placements, 93% of the batch was placed and a total of 1,142 job offers were distributed among the placed students. Earlier, 93% batch was placed in 2023 and the placement percentage for Engineering courses stood at 97%. Manipal University Jaipur does not provide direct admission to all the courses. However it does provide direct admission to some of the courses such as BCA, BBA, BA, BCom. Admission to these courses takes place on the basis of class 12 exam and personal interview. For some of the courses candidates might have to take English Compregension tests. Primarily BTech and M.Tech admision takes place on the basis of JEE and GATE scores.

The Manipal Entrance Test (MET) is required to apply to the B.Tech programme at Manipal University Jaipur. The Faculty of Engineering provides 18 specializations during the 4-year undergraduate program. Candidates must fulfill the requirements for admission, including passing class 12 or its equivalent with a minimum cumulative score of 60%. Depending on your needs, Manipal or NIIT may be the better option. Though more expensive and loacted in a smaller location, NIIT excels in IT because of its cutting-edge campus and good performance record. Manipal is in a busier city and may be less expensive, but it also has a large campus, a wider placement network, and more varied programs. Thus, if you want to pusue courses in IT, enroll to NIIT. Mnaipal might be the place for you if you're looking for additional possibilities, a lively campus, and affordable options.
