There is no such monotonous dress code for IIIT Manipur. The boys are asked to wear collared t-shirts or shirts and the girls are asked to wear traditional. But mostly round neck t-shirts for boys and normal jeans and tops for girls are allowed. But wearing of the ID card is mandatory and if you not wear it strict actions may taken.

No, you can not get a direct admission in the college. You have to give JEE Mains examination for the B.Tech degree. The highest rank to get entry in the college is around 85 thousands and the stream is ECE Vlsi. For CSE you have to get around 60k rank. As the college is growing at a pace the cut offs may vary.

The college life is good and the college has regular extra curricular activies. Most of the festivals are celebrated. Moreover we have different clubs like literature club, coding club, sports club etc. There are sports events too. Last time to get out of hostel is 7:30pm. There are a lot of cafes near the college and are great places to hang out.

There is a scarcity of good PGs near the Institute. But the Institute provides Hostel accommodation to all it's students. The girls and boys hostel are separate. In boys hostel we have 3 people in a room. The hostel is very hygienic and is cleaned in a routined manner. We have attached washrooms with hostels. There are total six boys hostel named HB-1 to HB-6. The mess food is also very good as the mess community is handled by students themselves.

IIIT Manipur is an engineering college and provides B.Tech degree. For pursuing B.Tech here you have to give JEE Mains examination. According to last year cut-offs you have to get around 85k rank and the stream you will get is ECE vlsi. For CSE you have to get a rank of around 64 - 65k.

For 2022, cut off was 62937 for General category candidates in All India quota for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Data Science) in IIIT Manipur - Indian Institute of Information Technology. For female candidates in general category under the closing rank. B.Tech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

IIIT Manipur - Indian Institute of Information Technology will release 6-8 rounds of JEE Main cutoffs for admission to B.Tech. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 35437 and closing rank was 64875. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 37490 and 88188. Admission to B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering in IIIT Manipur - Indian Institute of Information Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.
