It depends upon the category. For marine engineering, here are the minimum rank you should get:
For general: - 1700-2000
For OBC: - 2000-3000
FOR SC:-. 3000-3200
All above information is not confirmed, and it is changes every year depends upon cutoff. So, I advise you to just search on your own once.
