India has got a central university named IMU (Indian Maritime University) headquartered in Chennai and having campuses in Kolkata, Mumbai, Kandla and Vishakhapatnam. It conducts it's own entrance exam name CET (Common Entrance Test).

To get the details of the entrance exam date and syllabus. Secure good rank like within 200 to get admission to MERI, Kolkata which is the best marine engineering college you can get through IMU. You will get B.Tech in marine engineering degree from that college.

The fees structure of Andhra University for marine engineering 121000 /- per year, it will include only tution fees, hostel and any other fees information can get from the college because it will change.
