A scholarship is a touchy subject. Many colleges do offer it but you still have to spend a lot of money. I would advise you to go for education loan that can be returned after completing the course.

1. What is nautical science?
Nautical Science refers to the basic knowledge which is required to safely navigate and operate a ship. The subjects include navigation and seamanship. Seamanship is the basic operation of shipboard equipment and tools.
