Very good grades and strong foundation in mathematics would be required. You must also take your IELTS. For university specific requirements, you must visit the university websites. Focus on your academics and do well.

Yes, it is possible to join aeronautical engineering with DECE but I would suggest you to continue your UG with electronics and communication engineering as there is wide scope to start your career in aerospace industry after your studies.

You are eligible to apply for BE in Marine Engineering in AMET university if you clear Plus-two or its equivalent, with minimum 60% aggregate in Maths, Physics and Chemistry group and at least 50% marks in English.
