Shajee, go for B.Sc HM or B.Sc Airlines, tourism and hospitality. The course will open up avenues for you in service sector and you can get a job on board of a luxury ship as well as a marine vessel.
There are many good universities offering the courses and also having the privilege of companies like Star Cruises coming there for recruitment.
Check the websites of some good universities.

Candidates wishing to enter the navigational and engineering fields of Merchant Navy need to complete their B.Sc. degree in mechanical or marine engineering, before they can gain admission to the field. Below is the eligibility criteria for marine engineering:
Eligibility & Admission:
The candidates must have sound physical health for all marine engineering courses. The height of the candidate should be not less than 150 cm. Chest expansion of the candidate should be 5 cm, and eyesight should be 6/6.Some institutes like Hindustan Institute of Maritime Training (HIMT) specify that the applicant must be unmarried.
