Indian Maritime University is the only Government University for education on Marine Engineering. You are advised to appear for joint entrance exam conducted by IMU next year for admission to BTech Marine Engineering at IMU and it's affiliated colleges.

Ofcourse there are various colleges. One of the best college is IMU CHENNAI, you can give cusat under which there are colleges for marine engineering.
