After the completion of the course and 6 months of sea service, one will be able to get the Class 4 Marine Engineer Officer Certificate of Competency. It is a tradition that people are following and looting innocent candidates in the name of providing a job. No company asks for money, they hire people on the basis of qualification. Peoplw do not buy jobs. So, you do not have to pay a single rupee for getting a job.
