As per my opinion, I don't think you face any kind of problem during MBA/PGDM Placement. Being an alumnus I didn't face any Problem regarding this and some of my friends did MBA from LPU they also got the opportunity to work with well-known company. I advise you if you are a student of LPU you do not need to worry about anything. LPU is the best university ever I seen which provide the each and every facility in organised manner. PSGM will be better according to me. Placement will be good. MBA in marketing is in demand hence you can choose it. You have to work a bit harder because of your low UG percentile because company won't accept such low scores.

This would depend a lot on your personality traits & interest areas. Each MBA specialization needs specific personality traits for excelling in the profession say if you are outspoken and like traveling, meeting people, take target pressure then Marketing could be a preference & if you are a peoples person wherein you like counseling people and act as an advisory & wants a desk top job bonded by rules & regulations then HRM will be exciting so do evaluate your inherent personality traits and then take a call.

Yes, why not? All the Top MNC's and Startups also require MBA Marketing person who will bring revenue to the company by selling their product/service of the company. All the best.
