You can definitely pursue Bachelor of Arts in Media and Mass Communication from Doon Business School since you have successfully cleared class 10th and 12th. It's of a very rare case when a private institute demands a proof/reason for the gap in education but if you had a genuine issue and can cover up by a proof, will definitely help you get through the admission process.

Hi,The course of mass media and communication is the most upcoming branch these days keeping in mind the important role the media is laying these days. But this course should be pursued from a university which would give you a wide platform and good exposure so that you are well prepared right from the campus and you have your contacts too for independent working. Then there are the concepts of major and minors followed in some universities like LPU where in you can take more of the related subjects even if they are not given in the regular curriculum without any extra fee. Hi,
Typically, for B.A. (Hons) Journalism, Media and Communication or B.A. (Hons) Mass Communication, most universities, requires you to have a minimum of 50% in 12th grade or equivalent from a recognised university/board. You may also choose to appear for entrance exam like IPU CET for IP University admission. Similarly other universities have their own entrance/aptitude test that you would need to clear which is usually followed by a personal interview. You may look at the websites of the following universities:
