You can definitely pursue a course of mass communication even after your graduation. Being of a course with vast coverage of subjects, mass communication gives you an edge to take up the course after almost any graduation degree. You can pursue a post-graduation in mass communication after a valid graduation degree. All it requires is the passion and interest towards this field.

Yes you can go for BMC even after passing your 11th and 12th from commerce stream since mass communication is not a steam specific field.

I feel sorry about your intuition of failing in two subjects But god forbid, if you fail in 2 subjects, you can re-appear for those two subjects as per CBSE rules and regulations. But you cannot go for a college degree until you pass class 12th. Bachelor degree requires you to qualify class 12th to pursue a course in Mass communication and Journalism.
