The exam pattern for Jamia Millia Islamia mass communication entrance exam is such that aspirants need to attempt 200 questions in 3 hours duration. The questions are mostly equally divided in number in each section. Its upto you. MBA is other field and Mass Communication is another. MBA is done for graduation or management courses or mass communication for journalism or things related to communication.

All together, they ask you five theory questions. So you'll have to think and write the answer then and there. Each answer has to be in 300-400 words. But, I would ask you to check the previous year's question papers, so that you get an idea of it.

Hi Priya,
You would not need any coaching classes for XIC preparation. The exam comprises of English language test, logical reasoning test, general knowledge and knowledge of media. To prepare for the exam, you can refer to the coaching books available in the market for general aptitude test. Read a lot of newspapers, current affairs and media related information on the internet. Hi Shivani,
72% was the cut-off list in 2017 for BMM in St.Xaviers College. Generally, the forms are available online in the month of April and the entrance exam happens in the month of June.
