Hi Priyanka!
GGSIPU does provide placements and keeps on having placement drive from time to time. But, the placements are more for MBA and B.Tech students. For media students also, there are placement opportunities provided by the University but it is not as proactive as for other courses. Although, academically, GGSIPU is a great avenue for media studies.

No media institute guarantee placements after completing the course, as once you complete the course there are a lot of career options that opens for you. And, therefore, it is better you opt for the best institutes and the get a job yourself. There are a lot of courses that you will study while pursuing mass media i.e., photography, graphic designing, advertising, event management and much more.
And yes, you can get a job after completing your masters in the international channels, but for that you will have to gain experience before applying there.
