By building a good communication skill in Hindi and English or any regional language will help you to become a news reader. Pursue Mass Communication course then start focus on news reading. There is no bar for salary if you have right skills.

Mass Communication is when you communicate to a mass audience which is possible through media. Thus any course/ degree related to this study area offers a job in various media houses. Also one can do Marketing or PR. Advertising and Journalism are other two important courses for job opportunities. There are many other options also like content writer, anchor, etc. Different courses include Bachelors in Mass Communication, Bachelors in Mass Media and Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication.

To start a career in films and media is very broad based and vast. Students need to be very clear about film and media as a line of work. It is not all glittery, bright and glamor. It involve hard work, both mentally and physically, with long hours, often in uncomfortable locations. This means that you have be clear and open about the fact that skill and job need to be done.
