Bachelor of Design (B. Des) in Visual Communication is a four-year undergraduate degree programme that focuses on the study of visual communication design, including both 2D and 3D graphics, animation, digital and interactive design, and creative advertising strategies. Both MIT ADT and Symbiosis Viman Nagar are colleges that are at similar levels when talked about the education facilities. MIT ADT have a fees of about 4,80,000 for 1 year while Symbiosis is more costly but it also has better ranking according to surveys. So think about the fees as the education and the value of degree will be almost similar from both colleges.

No, it is not possible. You cannot switch from B.A. Programme to B.A. in Mass Communication and Journalism in second year. If you want to pursue B.A. in Mass Communication and Journalism then you have to take admission from first year. You have to start the new course from very beginning of that particular course.

I am a student of this college and let me tell you that this is the largest college in Asia. But Nothing happens just because the college is big, this college needs a lot of upgradation. There is a need to upgrade the teachers here, it is very important to update the faculty members of every department. I hope this helps. Thank you.
