The first one is, You can inform your college and do all such work as required legally and can remove your name. And the second one is, if you're leaving in such a little time, then do not submit your fees, don't go to college, do not have any correspondence with your faculty members, and the will strike off your name. 1st Login to WES and create your profile. Do the initial assessment and get the likely report. Pay the WES fees to get the reference number. Once you have reference number, get the transcripts from your university in sealed and signed envelop. Put the same reference number on it. Get a degree photocopy. Post the envelop containing sealed and signed transcript and photocopy of degree. Mention the reference number on top of this envelope too. With in next 20 working days you will receive your ECA notification email having tracking details for your ECA report couriered back to you. Hope this helps. Let me know in case
