Hello VAISHNAVI
I just wanted to say that Both can be equally enriching from a learning perspective but I suggest a degree if you are so much keen to expand your media life and planning to build a career as serious media person. A degree is always ahead when compared and always better then Diploma in any field a degree opens opportunities not only in the same field but also in other fields and most importantly degree is more useful then Diploma if you want to do further studies also. I hope it will help you.
