I'd recommend you do a complete marketing course and then within the specialisation, you could focus on the relevant subjects. While you're completing your MBA, you could do a specialised course in the digital or social media. On the overview, both are same, but it'll be better if you have a marketing degree with projects and courses on digital.

Both are good courses and have wide scope. However, mass communication is a wide subject that not only covers the topic of filmmaking but even more than that. Filmmaking has just a limited reach to direction, production, etc. Mass communication covers each and every aspect. If you only want to get a proficiency in film making and looking forward to make it your career than go for it. But if you want to cover all other major fields like journalism, photography, public relations, etc. then go for mass communication.
