All the institutes are good, but none of them will guarantee 100% placements. Mass Communication is a field, where you will have to struggle a bit by yourself to get the desired job.

There is no specific institute from where you can take coaching. The best way to clear the exam is to stay updated with current affairs and keep a hold of language. Read books such as India Today, Manorama, etc.
