Yes you can do. But mcc offers only diploma course in mass communication. They offer MA post graduate degree in journalism and mass communication.

BJMC (Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication)
B.Sc MCAJ (Bachelors of Science in Mass communication and Journalism)
You can take up the following courses from the government and private institutes. Some of the best colleges that you can choose from are:
Symbiosis Centre for Media and Communication (SCMC)
GGS, IPU
DCAC
AAFT
