As per today's scenario, everything is going digital. So, print media marketing may be discarded by the top MNCs and other industries. In the near future, you have to shift in digital marketing. In terms of career, scope and opportunities would also be less in print media marketing. The best option would be to go with digital marketing.

You will be eligible to take up journalism in any recognised university if you score above 55% in your 12th exam (any stream). Students who have cleared their board exams with English as one of the best four subjects can apply for this course.
After 12th, you can take up BA in journalism and mass communication. Some colleges offering this course on the basis of the 12th board exam result. But, a few colleges do conduct entrance tests for this.
Delhi University carries out a Common Entrance Test for Journalism (CETJ) for the Bachelors course.
At Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication, there are two rounds of interview.

In Lovely Professional University, the student needs to have 50% marks in 12th with English as a subject or have studied in English medium to take admission in BA (journalism & mass communication).
