The titles or nomenclature depend on the university offering the course. However, in graduation, you cannot pursue those specialisations which are available in PG. There is actually no difference between the two in graduation.

If you focus and goal is set to enter into media industry than you can go for BA journalism, otherwise, you can do BA English Honors and then enter into MA level through which you can improve your communication skills and in 3 years you can do internship in the same to understand in which profile you would want to start your career in journalism, whether it's English journalism, reporter, news anchor, research, content writing or in production line.
So, decide according to your interest.
