If you completed your class 12th with 55% or more and if your age is less than 21 at the time of admission then yes you are eligible for B.J. M. C. Likitha Migration is possible only within universities after the completion of first year only with lots of paperwork to be done.
You will need various documents from both the college you are in and from the college you aspire to get in.
It is possible but it will be advisable to start again if you want to change your university.
Moreover, you need to search the procedure of migration of your college and the college you want to go in as different colleges have different procedures.
All the best.

You don't have to study hard but you have to study smart for the entrance exam. The question paper is divided into 4 sections. The topics come under
-English:
Reading comprehension, fill ups, idioms, synonyms and antonyms
-General Awareness:Current Affairs and GK
-Reasoning:
Logical Reasoning, Analogies, Blood relations, series, venn diagrams
-Media Aptitude:
GK related to media and history.
I suggest you to focus more on English and reasoning because they are scoring sections.
