Bachelor's in mass communication will be more theoretically, focusing on theories and models. A B.Sc will be a lot more scientific and practical oriented.

B.Sc in mass communication is a Bachelor's degree. It's a little different than a B.A. A B.A is more theoretical and a B.Sc Degree will be more practical based.
