Globally, Massachusetts Institute of Technology ranks 1st in the world while Boston College ranking is 601-650 in the world by QS World University ranking 2024. But, according to students reviews, BC has way more ACTIVE alumni IN BOSTON than MIT and in New England in general. Boston College offers solid biochemistry and chemistry programs and it was also good in computer vision at one point.
