Kindly, mention which program, Bachelors or Masters?
Also, note that clearing an entrance will not guarantee admission, these are world-class universities and most selective.
You can visit their websites and go through the department pages.

MIT is very competitive. If you are applying for Bachelor's degree then you must take the SAT and SAT subject test. You must score very well in your 12th. Excellent extracurricular activities, research work, projects etc. must be demonstrated. Scholarships are limited, every applicant is considered for scholarship. It completely depends on the university and the student's profile when it comes to scholarship decisions. You must work very hard on your academics for any financial aid.

MIT is the most prestigious university and ranked No.1 in the world.
It is very very difficult to get into MIT with an average profile.
Admission is not guaranteed even if the GRE score is 340/340.
You need to have at least 85-90% or 9+ CGPA in Bachelor's degree.
Apart from these, previous research works, work experience and Journal publications will be an asset to your profile.
Your SOP's and LOR's should be very strong.
There are two intakes : January and September
For the Application deadlines, check the university website.
All the best.

The fee is always subject to change. The estimated price for 2016-17 for undergraduates is $65,478. The number may be the same or might change for 2nd year students depending on books and personal expenses, accommodation, etc. I will suggest you to drop a mail to the university, however they will ask you to wait for any fee updates.

You can apply, but whether you will get admission or not, it depends on your profile and MIT's internal selection process. You don't need to apply for the scholarship, all applicants are considered for financial aid at the time of admissions. Scholarships are awarded to those candidates who have the exceptional academic record.
