If you are a biology student then you are eligible to give IIT JAM chemistry, but in B.Sc if you have studied chemistry subject in 6th semester, then only you are eligible for IIT JAM chemistry.

The exam body prescribed the application fee for MEET and it varies for different categories:General/OBC Candidates need to pay the application fee between INR 1000 to 1500.SC/ST Candidates: need to pay the application fee between INR 500 to 800.The MEET applicstion fee can be paid in online using debit/credit cards, net banking, or through e-wallets. After the MEET application form is submitted by canddates, changing the exam center is typically not allowed. Hence candidates are advised to choose their exam center carefully during the registration  However, if there is an exceptional case, candidates may contact the examination authorities for a change, but a shift in the exam centre is rarely granted.
