Master the basics first, I mean the higher secondary concepts (NCERT). That is important. After that, go through the B.Sc. Portions. For B.Sc. Level, prepare with the reference books like Griffith ( QM (only first four chapters needed) and EM), Boylestad Electronics), HK Das (For problems)/ Mary l boas (Theory) (Mathematical Physics), Charles kittel (solid state), HC verma ( For mastering NCERT) etc. In my opinion coaching is not needed for qualifying. Documents for general category candidates:
Nationality Certificate such as Birth Certificate Voter ID, First page of Passport, School Transfer Certificate (TC) showing nationality, Nationality Certificate issued by an authorized government agency Aadhar Card
Documents for reserved category:
Category Certificate for OBC-NCL, EWS, SC and ST candidates as issued by the competent authorities PwD Certificate for PwD applicants.
Candidates first need to fill and submit the application form for IIT JAM 2020 admissions on the official website. The application form of CAP needs to be filled in online mode only and, candidates have to upload the required documents as well. Moreover, the candidates need to pay the application fee of Rs 600 using the online methods. Candidates can select as many courses as they want through the common application form.

As per IIT JAM Admission procedure 2021, the Declaration of First Admission List will be on June 29, 2020. Candidate must keep the following points in their mind for IIT JAM Admission Procedure https://bit.ly/37d5n7n
Verification of Minimum Educational Qualifications (MEQs) and Eligibility Requirements (ERs) is the mandatory steps towards admission. Admission will be offered only after the fulfillment of all eligibilities on prescribed dates. Admission will be provided in order of merit and it will also depend upon the availability of seats at the admitting institutions. Without all given below documents, no candidate will be allowed to sit in counselling. The admission in IISc Bangalore, IISER Bhopal, IISER Pune and CCMN Institutes will NOT be done through common JAM admission process.
