No, CAT  is not required to get admission to Masters' Union. The college offers admission based on the last qualifying score to BBM/BMS. Further, for PGP TBM, college conduct MUBAAT entrance exam for admission.  Applicants are required to apply to the official website of the college to fill out the admission form. To be eligible for admission applicants also meet the eligibility criteria. After the process is completed, the institute offers admission based on last qualifying exam, entrance exam score, followed by PI round.

While the vast majority of our participants have undergraduate and/or advanced degrees, this is not compulsory for admission. Candidates who do not hold an undergraduate degree, but who have an excellent career record, examination scores and leadership potential will also be eligible to apply for admission at Masters Union.

Masters Union does not have a minimum GPA requirement as the GPA system is not a global grading methodology. The college focuses on the courses students have taken, grades received and overall academic performance.

The final grades for most courses will be determined by a mix of class participation, quizzes, simulations, group assignments, projects and exams. Masters' Union grades the exams on a Standard Normal Curve, also called a Z-curve, with a mean of 3.0. There are no forced-to-fails. To graduate, students must maintain a mean grade of 2.1 in both the core and electives courses.

Masters' Union evaluates applicants based on three primary criteria:Work Experience – Preferably 2-5 years of professional experience, though exceptional candidates outside this range are also considered.Academics & Co-Curricular Activities – Academic performance, co-curricular involvement, advanced degrees, and optional test scores (GRE, GMAT, CAT) are assessed.Communication Skills – Candidates are evaluated on their ability to structure thoughts clearly, both verbally and in writing, throughout the process.
