Yes. You can take up even the MAT exam that will be held in Feb and 60% would be minimum criteria to attend your interview.

Admission process is through Directorate of Technical Education (DTE). Yes you are eligible to apply through your MAT scores. Regarding cut-offs refer www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in
