Debosmita, yes you will be able to get admission in MBA fashion management and MBA event management with a valid MAT or GMAT score.
There are many B-Schools in India offering the courses and accepting CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT.
Check the websites of some universities.

Dear Iqbal . with 48 percentile you cannot get best business school anywhere in the country. if you want to go still MAT admissions. I believe you should take once again. get score . you may join by this december/january admissions. all the best.

Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

u can see the percentile in the mat score card if u r in delhi there are some chances to take admission

Dear Surajit, the MAT cut-off mark information is not shared with us. However for GBS apart from your MAT or CAT score importance is given to your class, x, xii, graduation marks, extra-curricular activities, performance during selection round of the school. etc. A overall score is seen compiling all these.
