I think, you should go for professional certifications. MBA from an average college does not benefit much. You can enroll for professional certification in finance, marketing, etc. to get ready for industry demand.

No, waiver of fee on the basis of percentile is not applicable. Yes, there may be some chances if you belong from reserved category (maybe).
Admission in IP will be made on the basis of rank obtained in CET i.e common entrance test.

You need to be score more than 80 percentile. By January end you will get to know officially how much exactly IBS is taking admission on MAT. But after that still you have clear GD/PI.
