No. It should be 50% or above marks in aggregate in the undergraduate examinations. (Applicants who are in the final year of their studies should have 50% or above aggregate in all the semesters / years of undergraduate examinations conducted so far).

MAT score is not valid for ILS seats

MHCET is not compulsory in Maharashtra, every college has their own requirements ij terms of entrance exams. Sydenham is the best to pursue MBA, under your budget, Although You wont get International Trade specialization. Flame, BIMM, are other good coll as well.
You can Try Kjsomaiya and Welingkar for your specialization if you are ready to shell out 10lacs.

I would request you top call up the college admin office asap and know the details. ILS seats you can apply for separately in college. MMS seat admissions happen through CAP round itself, and if I am not mistaken the application for MMS SEAT through CAP round has closed.
Please call up the DTE office or have a look at the site for detailed info on the same. You can get all the ILS related information from the college admin office.
