It is an average score and can be considered as decent enough for getting an admission at some of the very well recognised colleges in the country.

No, you are not eligible for VIT Chennai with a MAT score of 521 as this score compiles to around 44-45 percentile. And the MAT cutoff for VIT Chennai is 80+ percentile.

Very frankly speaking. 46 percentile is a very low score for the MAT exam. If you just want to do MBA then you can opt for colleges where they take direct admission. I'm sure there are plenty of them. You won't even require your MAT score card there. But if you are willing to take admission in a good MBA college where you can get a better placement. Then I would suggest you take a year and start preparing for management exams such as CAT CMAT XAT GMAT MAT etc.

Yes, PUMBA accepts MAT score. You will have to apply through Centralized admission process conducted by the DTE Maharashtra.

As per the Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) students need to Pass with 55% aggregate marks in bachelor's degree (any discipline) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST or CAT or MAT or XAT or NMAT or CMAT^ and Interview. The minimum percentile required for admissions at LPU through MAT is 90 and for CAT it is 80. Though 5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmir Migrants.
