You can go with Victoria University, for a good education. The university has a multiple intakes in every year. Visit the university website for details, this university has an intakes for fresh batch in the month of October as well. You can get admission in top MBA colleges. Try for IIMs as they have a great ROI or you can try for tier-2 MBA colleges. I have left a link below:

Yes, IISWBM accept MAT for MBA. You need to score 90 to 95 percentile in MAT exam to get admission in IISWBM, Kolkata. Good Luck!

Yes, you are. You can try private colleges like Acharya, MS Ramaiya. These colleges are taken 7-8 lacs. Similarly, Alliance is also a good choice comes under the range of 12-14 lac. But I was you I may prefer NITs.
