Yes, you might be able to get civil in the main campus but not in the first round of counselling. You should get it in the later rounds, though.

Apply through the official website if KIET college. They will arrange GD-PI for you. Attend the same on time and remit your fees and finally join the campus. 540 is enough for admission in this campus.

It's a decent score in MAT. There are many good institutes where you may apply for. These includes:
DBS in Dehradun
Shri Balaji Institute of Modern Management in Pune
ICBM-SBE in Hyderabad.
There are many others but the above-mentioned ones are the good institutes in India. For the complete list, refer to the link below:
